Risk Management & Human Rights Analysis:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct human rights due diligence for international energy projects
• Implement Company's human rights risk mapping across 11 Exploration - Production affiliates
• Contribute to the revision of the Company’s vigilance plans (2023 & 2024)
• Execute legal assurance work on French Corporate Duty of Vigilance Law for Tilenga & EACOP projects in Uganda

Operational Support & Expertise:

• Provide support to affiliates and other high-value projects (Mozambique LNG, Papua LNG, Nature Based Solutions)
• Deliver specialized human rights trainings and case studies to affiliates teams (250+ people)
